Join us for a holiday cooking and floral class at Landhaus on Vashon Island! We will celebrate the bounty of the Northwest and enjoy community on a November afternoon.
We will gather around the gorgeous kitchen at Landhaus to watch food writer @SaraDickerman (author of Bon Appetit’s Food Lovers Cleanse and two books with chef Renee Erickson) and Melissa Smithers (@alocalpalate) demonstrate a number of inspired Thanksgiving starters and sides.
Then we will work with Katherine Anderson (@londonplaneseattle) and Izzie Klingels (@marigoldandmintbotanicals) to extravagantly decorate a holiday table, using local produce and flora.
After all the hard work, we will sit down together for lunch, with Pop Pop Vashon on hand to discuss Thanksgiving wine pairings. Wine for your own holiday celebrations will be for sale.
